Job summary

Eastlink is seeking a Business Analyst for the Customer Technology Solutions group in Halifax. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to enable technology initiatives.

You will support Agile delivery, refine requirements, design solutions, and develop test scenarios for UAT, while seeking opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experiences.

Qualifications

  • A post-secondary degree in Commerce, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, or a related role.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, customer-facing applications, or telecommunications technologies is considered an asset.
  • Experience with software testing and user acceptance testing is considered an asset.

Business Analyst, Customer Technology Solutions

Work Location: 6080 Young Street, Halifax, NS (On-site, 5 days per week)

Department: Customer Technology Solutions

Reports To: Manager, IT Projects

Employment Status: Full time, 40 hours per week

In this role, you'll support the delivery of technology initiatives that enhance how we support and serve our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors, you'll help define requirements, improve processes, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
