Eastlink is seeking a Business Analyst for the Customer Technology Solutions group in Halifax. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to enable technology initiatives.
You will support Agile delivery, refine requirements, design solutions, and develop test scenarios for UAT, while seeking opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experiences.
Work Location: 6080 Young Street, Halifax, NS (On-site, 5 days per week)

Reports To: Manager, IT Projects
Employment Status: Full time, 40 hours per week
