Job summary

Livingston International in Toronto is seeking a training and enablement specialist to support internal teams in adopting our digital platforms and services. You will run product orientation sessions for Client Service, CFS, Sales, and other stakeholders, deliver demos, and contribute to user guides and video demos to boost productivity.

The role requires collaboration with Product and IT, strong communication, and the ability to organize training content.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven Customs Brokerage experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to converse in French and/or Spanish a definite plus.
• Associates Degree or post-secondary education in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Preferred: Customs certification.

Responsibilities

• Train internal teams via product orientation sessions for Client Service, CFS, Sales and other stakeholders.
• Deliver demos and training sessions on digital platforms to internal teams and sometimes clients.
• Contribute to the development of user guides, tip sheets, webinars, and video demos.
• Train Sales and Client Service on how to speak to product features to improve productivity.
• Update existing documentation when a feature changes or is added; record video walkthroughs for common questions.
