Reporting to the Manager, Technology Learning Services, the Technology Learning Specialist will be part of the team that designs and delivers comprehensive technology skills and knowledge training. Our goal is to ensure all firm members possess relevant skills, resources and information needed to operate efficiently and effectively, while providing seamless client service. In addition to facilitating ongoing orientation and upskilling programs, this role will also support the design and implementation of technology training related to Firm initiatives and special projects.

Position Requirements
Education and Experience
The position requires a minimum 3 years’ experience designing and delivering technology training, including a university degree. Adult training certification preferred. Experience in a law firm or professional services organization would be a significant asset.
Knowledge and Skills
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
