This position is based out of Dentalcorp's Support Centre in Toronto at 181 Bay Street Mondays through Thursdays with Fridays being a work from home day. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Organizational Development, you will play a dual role—supporting learning design and content development while also executing, coordinating, and maintaining the delivery infrastructure behind our learning programs and system. You’ll collaborate across departments, including Clinical Education, Talent, HR, and other operational teams, to ensure seamless execution and continual improvement of learning experiences through innovative content, tools, systems, and reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who can switch between big-picture strategy and detail-oriented execution—someone who can design curriculum in the morning and optimize a learning dashboard in the afternoon. The position necessitates adeptness in managing multiple projects, balance of analytical thinking with practical application, employing an iterative process, prioritizing tasks, and swiftly adapting to shifting priorities, demands, and deadlines to meet our people and organizational needs at local and national scale. You are driven by excellence, iterative, and creative thinking, and are eager to contribute the success of one of Canada’s Best Managed companies.
