Job summary

Big Country Equipment is hiring Automotive Service Technicians for rotational field service roles in British Columbia, on a 14/14 schedule with fly-in/fly-out and camp accommodations. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair light-duty vehicles at mine sites in demanding environments.

Applicants should have 3+ years of experience, a valid Class 5 license, and provincial trade certification (Red Seal preferred).

Qualifications

• Three or more years of recent experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive or light-duty vehicles.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass an 8-panel drug test and alcohol breath test
• Clean 5-year driver’s abstract
• Pass a Criminal Record check
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Provide two direct supervisor references
• Not seeking subcontractor roles

Responsibilities

• Operate in a 14/14 rotation with safety as a priority.

Mining Automotive Service Technicians - 14/14 - Canada Wide Paid Flights + Camp - $62.50/hr - British Columbia, BC

Big Country Equipment is seeking Automotive Service Technicians for rotational field service roles in British Columbia. Technicians will work on a 14/14 schedule, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on light-duty vehicles at mine sites. This company offers fly-in/fly-out, camp accommodations, and a strong safety culture. Ideal candidates are experienced, certified, and committed to working safely in demanding environments.

• $62.50/hr base wage (OT after 8 hours at $93.75/hr)

What You’ll Need
