Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Service Technician to join Regina Nissan in Regina, Canada. The role focuses on diagnostics, quality workmanship, and maintenance across new and used vehicles, with MPI-based processes and road tests to ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.

3rd year/4th year or Journeyman-equivalent experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to handle heavy loads. Competitive salary, benefits, and relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• 3rd year, 4th year, Journeyman and/or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles safely.
• Able to lift and carry heavy items and equipment.
• Focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated to quality of workmanship, diagnostics, and maintenance repair as per required standards.
• Reports all mechanical or safety-related deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
• Accurately utilizes MPI for 100% for all repair orders. Perform new vehicle PDI.
• Diagnose/repair, replace parts/components, perform service/maintenance to new and used vehicles as per manufacturer standards.
• Provides service advisors summary of additional maintenance or required work that need to be performed.
• Performs road tests to confirm repairs are completed satisfactorily.
• Accurately records the cause and correction on customer repair orders and completes the Technician portion on MPI and related inspection forms.
• Provides Service Advisors with accurate parts and labour estimates utilizing MPI.
• Maintains and follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
