Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is now actively searching for an Apprentice Technician to join the team at 401 Dixie Nissan in Mississauga, ON. The role offers hands-on maintenance experience and the chance to grow alongside skilled professionals.

Pay rate is $29-31/hour. The successful candidate will perform general vehicle maintenance and minor repairs, assist the service technician, and stay current with manufacturer bulletins. Valid Ontario driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge.
• Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Technician experience an asset.
• General Service Department experience an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with 3+ years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general vehicle maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist the Automotive Service Technician, as necessary.
• Examine the vehicle assigned to determine if additional maintenance or safety work is required or recommended.
• Road test vehicles, as required.
• Restock the supplies in the Service Department.
• Tag replaced parts for warranty or customer requests.
• Keep up-to-date on manufacturer technical bulletins.
