Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Regina, Saskatchewan, is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician for a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Service Manager. You will perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections per manufacturer standards, document work, and communicate recommendations to Service Advisors.

The successful candidate will document all work accurately, utilize MPI for inspections and estimates, and deliver high-quality workmanship in a professional team

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean abstract.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles safely.
• Able to lift and carry tires and equipment.
• Strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and inspections per manufacturer standards.
• Document work clearly and accurately on MPI forms.
• Communicate repairs and maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Perform road tests to confirm repairs are complete and safe.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedAutomotive Technician to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan, in a full-time,permanent role reporting directly to the Service Manager. This position isresponsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and vehicleinspections in accordance with manufacturer standards while ensuringhigh-quality workmanship and safety. The successful candidate will accuratelydocument all work, utilize MPI for inspections and estimates, and communicateclearly with Service Advisors regarding required repairs and maintenancerecommendations. This role offers guaranteed hours and an opportunity to workin a professional, team-oriented service environment with immediate startavailable.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Dedicated to qualityof workmanship, diagnostics, and maintenance repair as per required standards.
• Reports allmechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
• Accurately utilizes MPI for 100% for all repair orders. Perform new vehicle PDI.
• Diagnose/repair,replace parts/components, perform service/maintenance to new and used vehiclesas per manufacturer standards.
• Provides serviceadvisors summary of additional maintenance or required work that need to be performed.
• Performs road teststo confirm repairs are completed satisfactorily.
• Accurately recordsthe cause and correction on customer repair orders and completes the Technicianportion on MPI and related inspection forms.
• Provides ServiceAdvisors with accurate parts and labour estimates utilizing MPI.
• Maintains and followsmanufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Guaranteed hours
• 1 permanent full-timeposition to start as soon as possible

Qualifications Required

• Requires a validdriver’s license with a clean- drivers abstract.
• Ability to carefullyand safely drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
• Ability to lift andcarry heavy items and equipment such as tires, tools, andequipment.
• Focus on exceptionalcustomer service.
