Job summary

Dermapure, the leading name in non-invasive medical aesthetics in Canada, seeks an experienced esthetician to provide personalized treatment plans and exceptional client care. You will implement plans, follow up post-treatment, and educate clients on routines aligned with the Functionalab product line.

The role requires a Diploma in Esthetics, IPL/Laser Hair Removal and at least two years of experience, with English proficiency essential for all communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Esthetics required.
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal required.
• Two+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Clinic-specific platform certification is an asset.
• Diploma in photoepilation is an asset.
• English proficiency is essential for client/colleague communication.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Adherence to procedures expected.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to protocols and standards.

• Advise clients on beauty routines incorporating the Functionalab product line.
• Perform post-treatment follow-ups.
• Encourage product renewals with clients.
• Build loyalty through trusted relationships as a Beauty Coach.
• Occasionally conduct full consultations to support the clinic director.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;


• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;


• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;


• Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;


• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;


• Encourage clients to renew their products;


• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;


• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

Qualifications -

• Diploma in Esthetics;

• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role;


• Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset;


• Diploma in photoepilation is an asset;
