Job summary

Dermapure is seeking an experienced esthetics professional to deliver non-invasive treatments and personalized skincare solutions at our Kamloops clinic. You will implement treatment plans, perform post-care follow-ups, and coach clients on routines while driving loyalty and product sales.

The role requires two or more years in a similar position, diplomas in esthetics and IPL/laser, and strong English communication to interact with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Diplomas in Esthetics and photorejuvenation/IPL and laser removal are required.
• Two or more years of experience in a similar esthetics role are expected.
• English proficiency is essential for client and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to Dermapure protocols.
• Implement and reevaluate treatment plans after consultations.
• Advise clients on skincare routines and product lines.
• Conduct post-treatment follow-ups and encourage product renewal.
• Build client loyalty through trust and coaching.
• Occasionally assist with full consultations for clinic director.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;
• Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;
• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;
• Encourage clients to renew their products;
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Esthetics;
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal;
• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role;
• Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset;
• Diploma in photoepilation is an asset;
• Languages spoken and written: English;Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
