Job summary

Dermapure Calgary clinic seeks a professional Beauty Technician to deliver non-invasive aesthetic treatments and tailor plans to client needs. You will follow established protocols, implement treatment plans from consultations, and perform follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Strong English communication, an Esthetics diploma, and the ability to build trust with clients are essential. The role includes promoting Dermapure routines and supporting clinic leadership in delivering premium care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Esthetics required.
• English proficiency essential for client and colleague communication.
• Experience with skincare protocols and post-treatment follow-ups is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to Dermapure protocols and standards.
• Implement the treatment plan from the initial consultation with the director.
• Reevaluate and adjust plans based on client needs over time.
• Advise clients on beauty routines to complement Dermapure products.
• Conduct post-treatment follow-ups and encourage product renewals.
• Build client loyalty through a trusting relationship as a Beauty Coach.
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to the company's protocols and standards;
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;
• Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;
• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;
• Encourage clients to renew their products;
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.
