Job summary

Dermapure in Toronto is seeking a skilled clinical esthetician to deliver high-end aesthetic treatments in a busy medical aesthetics clinic. You will follow established protocols, tailor plans from the initial consult, and monitor progress over time to ensure optimal, natural results.

The role requires diplomas in Esthetics and IPL/laser, at least five years of experience, and strong communication. You will advise clients on routines, perform post-treatment follow-ups, and help build lasting

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma in Esthetics and a Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
• Certification on clinic platforms is an asset.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates initiative, autonomy, leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;
• Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;
• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;
• Encourage clients to renew their products;
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.
