Job summary

Dermapure Group in Calgary, Alberta is seeking an experienced esthetics professional to deliver non-invasive medical aesthetic treatments and build lasting client relationships. You will follow clinic protocols, adapt treatment plans after consultations, and provide post-treatment guidance while promoting Dermapure products.

Candidates should hold diplomas in Esthetics and IPL/Laser, have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Diplomas in Esthetics and IPL/Laser hair removal are required.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English; clinic communications are English-only.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to clinic protocols and standards.
• Implement the treatment plan discussed during initial consultation with the director.
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose appropriate follow-ups.
• Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt with the Dermapure product line.
• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups.
• Encourage clients to renew their products.
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building loyalty and trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;
• Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;
• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;
• Encourage clients to renew their products;
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Esthetics;
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal;
• At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
• Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset;
• Diploma in photoepilation is an asset;
• Languages spoken and written: English;Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
