Job summary

Dermapure group in North Vancouver seeks an experienced esthetics professional to perform non-invasive treatments, follow established protocols, and guide clients through tailored beauty plans. You will deliver care with a focus on natural, lasting results and collaborate with the clinic team.

As a Beauty Coach, you will provide post‑treatment follow-ups and skincare advice using the Functionalab line, while building loyalty through personalized service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Esthetics required.
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• English proficiency essential for client and colleague communication.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and leadership.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Respectful, concise, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to established protocols and standards.
• Implement treatment plans from initial consultation with the director.
• Reevaluate plans over time and propose appropriate follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow‑up based on identified needs;
• Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;
• Perform required post‑treatment follow‑ups;
• Encourage clients to renew their products;
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Esthetics;
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal;
• At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
• Certification on clinic‑specific platforms is an asset;
• Diploma in photoepilation is an asset;
• Languages spoken and written: English;Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
