Job summary

Dermapure is a leading name in non-invasive medical aesthetics with 68 clinics across Canada. The clinician will perform treatments, implement personalized plans, and reevaluate over time while guiding clients on routines and product lines.

We seek an experienced professional with English and Mandarin proficiency, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional client care. This role is based in a Dermapure clinic in Canada.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Esthetics is required.
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal is required.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset (Thermage & Ultherapy).
• Diploma in photoepilation is an asset.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards.
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director.
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose follow-ups based on identified needs.
• Advise clients on beauty routines to adopt with the Functionalab product line.
• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups.
• Encourage clients to renew products.
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building loyalty through trusting relationships.
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

• Languages spoken and written: English & Mandarin - Proficiency in English & Mandarin is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English and most of our clients at the clinic speak only Mandarin..
