Qualifications

• Diploma in Esthetics and IPL/Laser certifications.
• Min. 2 years in a similar role; English fluency required.
• Strong communication, teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to protocols and standards.
• Implement the treatment plan from the initial consultation.
• Reevaluate plans and propose follow-ups as needed.
• Advise clients on beauty routines alongside the product line.
• Conduct post-treatment follow-ups.
• Encourage clients to renew products.
• Build customer loyalty through trusted relationships.
• Occasionally conduct full consultations for the clinic director.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;
• Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;
• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;
• Encourage clients to renew their products;
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Esthetics;
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal;
• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role;
• Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset;
• Diploma in photoepilation is an asset;
• Languages spoken and written: English;Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
