Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical training or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with power electronics, electrical systems, or power management equipment.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs on power electronics and electrical systems.
• Conduct instructor-led classroom training, virtual sessions, and hands-on workshops.
• Provide training on power conversion systems, UPS, inverters, and related equipment.
• Develop training materials including presentations, guides, and videos.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into practical content for varied audiences.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing development programs for field technicians and engineers.
