Job summary

StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Commercial Lines Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join our Ancaster team in Hamilton, ON. This on-site role supports the Commercial Lines team by processing policy documentation, maintaining client information and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will enter policy data, process new business, renewals and endorsements, issue certificates and pink cards, reconcile accounts and maintain filing accuracy, and ensure client

Qualifications

• Secondary School diploma required.
• 1+ year of administrative experience.
• RIBO license required.
• Experience with Applied EPIC and insurance company portals are assets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Pay: From $45,000 annually
