YOUR ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and passionate TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE to contribute to Elneo's sales development in the province of ONTARIO.

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for growing Elneo's sales in Ontario by landing new customers and developing the existing customer base. Your responsibilities will include :

• Focus on new customer acquisition and business development in your assigned area.
• Develop the existing customer portfolio and foster long-term relationships.
• Identify customer needs and propose the adequate solution.
• Promote the company, develop sales and margins in line with Elneo's sales policy.
• Draw up commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor the market and identify development opportunities (partnerships, suppliers, etc.).
• Conduct product demonstrations and develop your technical expertise.
• Carry out regular reporting. You’ll be reporting directly to the Country Manager.
• Participate in industry trade shows in Canada and the U.S.

ABOUT YOU :

• You have a degree in a technical or commercial field, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in the sector of industrial product retail.
• You have had your first successful sales experience in the fluid systems industry.
• You are an active listener and enjoy convincing people. As a skilled negotiator, you can turn any problem into an opportunity, for the company and for the customer.
• You're autonomous and able to work independently, but you're also a good team player.
• You speak and write in English perfectly, so as to conduct technical discussions and negotiations. Knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
• You’re able to travel : holding a valid driver’s license and flexibility for schedules and frequent trips in Ontario.
