Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join their team, based in the Free State (Kimberley and Bloemfontein).

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Relevant Degree in BSc Food Technology or equivalent
3. Minimum 2 years' Sales experience (any industry) / FMCG experience would be preferable
4. Fluent in Afrikaans
5. Discipline and time management
6. Planning + proactive approach
7. Customer service and relationship building skills
8. Teamwork and flexibility
9. Resilience and positive attitude
10. Business acumen
11. Driver’s license and travel is required

Duties:

1. Assist customers with product making, training, and problem solving
2. Assist Representatives at customers to gain market share
3. Handle urgent deliveries and collections where possible
4. Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge and strive to learn more
5. Manage display counters
6. Communicate via weekly reports and emails
7. Create new product lines and grow the business
