Responsibilities:
  • Help and assist customers with product selection, training, and problem-solving via telephone and at Cash and Carry locations.
  • Assist representatives at customer sites to increase market share.
  • Handle urgent deliveries and collections where possible.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge, always striving to learn more.
  • Set up display counters.
  • Communicate via weekly reports and email.
  • Create new product lines and grow the business.
