Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end tooling projects onsite in Mississauga. You will define scope, develop business cases, manage budgets and schedules while ensuring quality and cost targets.

You will partner with supplier networks to drive cost savings, implement process improvements, and oversee 3D metrology activities, supplier assessments, and change management to maintain program milestones and product quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 10 years of experience, or a Master's with 8 years.
• Hands-on technical project management or supplier quality experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; English proficiency required for cross-border work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tooling projects, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Identify cost savings and drive process improvements across programs.
• Ensure compliance with standard work and quality procedures.
• Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and manage changes.
• Oversee 3D metrology data analysis and supplier assessments.
