Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking an Auditor and Quality Project Manager to lead internal QMS audits, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with engine center teams across Mississauga and Lethbridge. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance to maintain AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.

You will mentor auditors, analyze performance data, and present findings to stakeholders while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or Business.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with quality systems, auditing, manufacturing, or related technical environment.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audits of the engine center quality management system (QMS).
• Develop a risk-based audit plan to ensure coverage of QMS elements and sites.
• Conduct process and product audits to evaluate compliance and opportunities for improvement.
• Support and coordinate external audits.
• Plan, execute, and close audits with evidence-based findings.
• Mentor and develop new auditors.
• Analyze quality performance data and trends to identify issues and improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of aerospace industry requirements and best practices.
• Direct projects across multiple engine center facilities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and standardization.
