Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil is seeking an Operations Project Engineer – Advanced Industrialization to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial readiness for new engine components across Demonstrator programs and archetypes. You will bridge engineering with schedules, budgets, risk, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership across sites, cost and schedule focus, and knowledge of TRL/MRL, APQP, and AS9100.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 7 years in aerospace engine industrialization, manufacturing, or operations.
• Minimum 3 years in project or program management within a technical, cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-site or multi-partner projects.
• Proficient with MS Project, Primavera (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with TRL/MRL frameworks, FAI/APQP processes, and AS9100/NADCAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional industrialization projects for new engine components, modules, and assembly/test operations.
• Define and track project milestones, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables aligned with engine schedules.
• Ensure readiness across component manufacturing, modules/engine assembly, and test facility integration.
• Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor KPIs (TRL/MRL, FAI status, process capability).
• Drive continuous improvement through APQP, DfM, DfA, and program-management best practices.
