Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil, QC, is seeking a Procurement Account Manager to lead supplier performance and drive a reliable, cost-effective supply chain. You will manage contracts, develop supplier relationships, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to deliver value.

The role requires experience in international supply chain management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex supplier networks. On-site, Monday–Friday with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate complex information and support decision-making.
• Postsecondary education in business, engineering, commerce, supply chain management, finance, or related discipline.
• Certification, formal training, or hands-on experience in supply management, logistics, or related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Experience evaluating supplier performance and driving strategic initiatives for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of supplier contracts and corrective actions to address performance issues (cost, quality, delivery).
• Develop relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve performance and reduce total cost of purchased materials.
• Implement the SRM strategy for your supplier portfolio and foster long-term partnerships.
• Monitor supplier capacity and delivery promises; coordinate with suppliers to close performance gaps and ensure commitments are met.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and drive root-cause analyses to implement corrective actions and recovery strategies.
• Analyze value stream spending and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices across the supply chain organization.
