Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security, a division of IDEMIA Group, is hiring a project coordinator intern in Oakville, Ontario. The role is hybrid, with travel to the office as needed. Start date May 17, 2027 and end date Aug 6, 2027.

The Canada hourly rate for this position is $20. This internship involves supporting project schedules, milestones, risks, and regular status updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Track project actions, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Support preparation of project status reports and presentations.
• Coordinate project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.
• Assist with project documentation and organization of project records.
• Follow up with internal project team members on assigned activities.
• Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination.
• Participate in customer and internal project meetings as appropriate.
