Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH invites students to join the PDA Project Management internship for Winter 2027. You will support technical project PM activities, develop schedules, monitor scope and budgets, and present progress weekly.

Open to university students; requires at least two years in an engineering program; travel may be required; base pay CAD 17.95 to CAD 31.00 per hour; 8 months, located at Global 7500/8000 sites; must be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university-level engineering program.
• At least two years of study completed.

Responsibilities

• Support PM activities of technical projects (planning, execution, monitoring).
• Develop, track and update project schedules.
• Prepare, monitor and report financial, schedule and scope aspects of the project.
• Establish a regular monitoring process with project stakeholders.
• Prepare and run weekly presentations covering progress of the project.
• Help improve project management processes (risk and opportunity, change management, project improvement and gate reviews).

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
