Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security is seeking a driven project coordination intern for a hybrid Canada-based role. You will assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, risks and deliverables, and supporting status reports and meetings.

The position runs from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with travel to the office as required. This is a temporary, hybrid opportunity within a global biometric leader.

Qualifications

• Support project coordination and project documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Track project actions, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Support preparation of project status reports and presentations.
• Coordinate project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.
• Assist with project documentation and organization of project records.
• Follow up with internal project team members on assigned activities.
• Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination.
• Participate in customer and internal project meetings as appropriate.
