Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical voice of the customer and represent user needs throughout product delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define epics, capabilities, and features.
• Analyze, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technology execution plans.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams to deliver technology commitments.
• Drive technology product strategy, planning, and delivery of key capabilities.
• Conduct user research, market research, data analysis, and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure technical requirements are understood, integrated, prioritized, and maintained in the product backlog.
• Identify and mitigate technical roadblocks affecting sprint and release goals.
