Manulife is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the Customer and Producer Storefronts, translating business needs into technical stories and guiding agile ceremonies. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage the backlog, monitor KPIs, and drive the roadmap in a hybrid, Toronto-based role.

The position emphasizes collaboration across teams, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement of the customer experience through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a PM/Technical PO/Platform Owner role or similar.
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Azure and AKS on Azure; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with DevOps and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer and Producer Storefronts team to deliver a seamless communication process for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements; align with business goals.
• Monitor and report product KPIs; drive data-driven improvement.
• Plan the technical roadmap; prioritize features; ensure on-time delivery.
• Define user stories; manage product backlog; set sprint goals.
