360insights (Canada) Ltd. Moncton, NB, is seeking a Product Manager to lead a team of Product Owners and execute the Product & Technology roadmap. You will be a people leader, strategic thinker, and hands-on contributor to product delivery.

You'll guide cross-team delivery, maintain market understanding, and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements while driving growth through the product vision.

About the role

You'll lead and develop a team of Product Owners while executing on the Product & Technology roadmap. By facilitating cross-team delivery and maintaining deep market understanding, you'll help bring our product vision to life. The Product Manager is both a people leader, an influential strategic thinker and will be hands on executing too.

This is an existing vacancy.

What you'll do

• Support and enhance the development and performance of a group of Product Owners
• Coach, inspire and guide direct and indirect teams
• Define, explore, plan and lead the execution of strategic initiatives supporting the Product & Technology roadmap
• Develop and maintain understanding of persona segmentation and the competitive landscape
• Evangelise the Product Vision across the organisation
• Monitor and analyse releases to determine if value is attained as hypothesised

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead cross-team coordination and alignment for complex initiative management
• Conduct business analysis and stakeholder management
• Develop strong partnerships with UX, Architecture, Engineering and Infrastructure counterparts

What you'll bring

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Experience managing and developing people
• Strong communication skills with ability to adapt approach based on audience
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
• Ability to translate non-technical information into technical requirements
• Experience navigating conflicting priorities and turning ambiguity into clarity
• Experience working in Agile organisations (SAFe experience is a nice-to-have)
