Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile environments and SAFe methodologies.
• Understanding of Mobility products, retail, call centre, and online applications.
• Expert in converting business requirements into system design.
• Strong ability to switch between project team work and assisting in production ticket troubleshooting support.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of experience for one of our clients in Mississauga, Ontario.

General Info

• Local resource to work from client office 3 days/week.
• Team member will be part of an agile team and must know how to work in this type of model. SAFe trained/certified. Product owner trained/certified.
• Proficient in English. Strong communication skills, capable of effective dialogue with clients, vendors, and team members to drive project success.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills, able to balance project collaboration with critical support in resolving production issues.
• Understanding the client's Mobility products, retail, call centre and online applications is a strong asset.
• Ability to work on complex projects, integrating with multiple systems/teams.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Expert in writing Features and User Stories.
• Strong knowledge/experience using Confluence and Jira.
• Expert in documentation and screen mockups.
• Expert in converting business requirements into system design.
• Strong ability to switch between project team work and assisting in production ticket trouble shooting support.
• Expertise in the following tools:

• Execute test cases through JIRA to ensure results achieved documented goals and objectives.

• Assist with release staging and production deployment testing (overnight early morning hours 3:00am or 6:30am, including on Sundays).
• Thrives in high pressure Agile environments meeting tight deadlines and managing large workloads.
