360insights (Canada) Ltd. Whitby, Ontario, Canada is seeking a Product Manager to lead and develop a team of Product Owners while driving the Product & Technology roadmap. You will facilitate cross-team delivery and maintain deep market understanding, helping bring the product vision to life as a hands-on leader.

This role requires people leadership, strong strategic thinking, and end-to-end execution of initiatives, with base salary plus a corporate bonus, stock options and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience managing and developing people.
• Strong communication skills with ability to adapt approach based on audience.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle; technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
• Ability to translate non-technical information into technical requirements.
• Experience navigating conflicting priorities and turning ambiguity into clarity.
• Experience working in Agile organisations (SAFe experience a nice-to-have).

About the role

You’ll lead and develop a team of Product Owners while executing on the Product & Technology roadmap. The Product Manager is both a people leader, an influential strategic thinker and will be hands on executing too.
