Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar product-focused role.
• Experience in insurance, banking, fintech, enterprise SaaS, or other complex technology environments is preferred.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, clarifying, and documenting product and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clarify product requirements and translate business and product needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications.
• Document requirements using epics, user stories, process flows, charts, diagrams, UI mock-ups, and use cases.
• Work closely with product managers, QAs, engineers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and other key partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood, complete, and testable.
• Track key product metrics and performance indicators to monitor progress against established benchmarks and product objectives.
• Support delivery teams throughout the product development lifecycle, providing clarification and refinement of requirements as needed.

Our client in the insurance sector is looking for a Product Analyst to support the continued development of their SaaS platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a product or business analyst who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to clarify product requirements, translate business needs into detailed specifications, and help ensure solutions are clearly defined and testable.

Key Responsibilities

• Clarify product requirements and translate business and product needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications.
• Document requirements using epics, user stories, process flows, charts, diagrams, UI mock-ups, and use cases.
• Work closely with product managers, QAs, engineers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and other key partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood, complete, and testable.
• Track key product metrics and performance indicators to monitor progress against established benchmarks and product objectives.

Key Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to create epics, user stories, process flows, charts, diagrams, UI mock-ups, and use cases. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Epics is ideal.
