Zusammenfassung

Cisco Systems Canada Co. is seeking an experienced Technical Leader, Software Development, to design and deliver scalable backend services for the Splunk ingestion monitoring platform on Cisco Cloud.

You will work with engineers, managers, and architects to define robust solutions for high-volume data streams and AI-powered diagnostics. The role is remote within Canada, aligned to Pacific Time Zone preferences, and expects participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure production

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of software engineering experience
Experience with backend services in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience architecting scalable distributed systems for performance and reliability
Hands-on backend development with Python, Go, or Java
Technical leadership on software projects including architecture decisions
