Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks Limited in Victoria is seeking a customer-focused support associate. You will provide high-level service and technical support to customers, educate them on product features, and process orders and quotations.

You will also assist warehouse/shipping and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ years in wholesale distribution, with strong organization, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years' experience in wholesale distribution.
• Ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to use a variety of technology and new computer applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in inclement weather as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and services to customers.
• Works with Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones.
• Educates customers about features and benefits of our services and products.
• Processes customer orders, including order data entry.
• Prepares quotations, bids, and letters.
• Assists in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties.
• Assists with general sales and marketing initiatives as required.
