Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks is seeking a customer-focused team member in Ontario to provide technical support, assist the Outside Sales team, and educate customers on our services and products. You will also process orders and support the warehouse and administrative functions as needed.

This role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and learning how to grow customer relationships in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years experience in wholesale distribution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs

• Base Pay $21.42 - $24.78 Hourly. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
