Job summary

E.B. Horsman & Son is seeking a Technical Inside Sales professional for our Calgary branch.

The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, handling quotations, documentation, and sales orders within the Process Instrumentation, Automation, & Controls division. The incumbent will work closely with the PAC Territory Manager, Business Developers, and branch staff to ensure outstanding service, accurate pricing, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of process instrumentation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers by generating quotations, supporting documentation and sales orders.
• Collaborate with PAC Territory Manager, Business Developers and branch staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Determine appropriate solutions for pricing, product mix and troubleshooting with customers.
• Manage vendor documentation and certifications.
• Communicate effectively to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement through learning and applying best practices.
