Job summary

Beyond Bilingual Inc. in Ontario seeks a Regional Service Manager to lead service operations across the region, optimizing efficiency and technician performance while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L management, and the ability to coordinate a broad mobile workforce. Travel is expected two days per week, with a hybrid work arrangement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Technical Services, or related; equivalent industry experience considered.
  • Seven+ years in service management, operations leadership, or technical field-service.
  • 3–5 years leading managers, supervisors, or multi-site service operations.
  • Experience managing a P&L, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Experience leading large mobile workforces and field-service teams across a broad geographic region.
  • Proven track record improving operational efficiency, technician productivity, service quality, and business performance.
  • Strong customer-facing leadership and relationship-management experience.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, performance-management, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interpret and act on operational and financial data.
  • Project-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service-management systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Ontario (~2 days/week).

Regional Service Manager - Ontario

Full-Time, Permanent



  • Location: Ontario; office currently in Richmond Hill and expected to relocate

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid: approximately three days per week in the office or visiting technicians and customers

  • Travel: Approximately two days per week throughout Ontario; occasional overnight travel may be required

  • Compensation: Base salary up to approximately $130,000, plus a 13% annual performance bonus

Required Experience and Qualifications


  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Technical Services, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.

  • Seven or more years of service management, operations leadership, or technical field-service experience.

  • A minimum of three to five years leading managers, supervisors, or multi-site service operations.

  • Proven experience managing a P&L, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

  • Experience leading large mobile workforces and field-service teams across a broad geographic region.

  • Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency, technician productivity, service quality, and business performance.

  • Strong customer-facing leadership and relationship-management experience.

Transferable Industry Experience

Direct commercial kitchen-equipment experience is not mandatory. Candidates may come from service-intensive industries that operate large mobile technician teams, including:
