Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support technology initiatives for a leading Canadian financial institution. You will gather and translate requirements, support API documentation, and document solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience required.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of APIs and API documentation.
• Experience supporting system integrations and upstream/downstream applications.
• Strong experience creating solution and technical documentation.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and system requirements.
• Strong understanding of data flows, system dependencies, and application integrations.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI or AI-enabled technology initiatives.
• Experience with contact centre technologies or CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, or Five9.
• Exposure to CRM platforms, workflow automation, or digital customer engagement solutions.
