Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally with API and SSO documentation
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, facilitation, and stakeholder management
• Strong ability to analyze and document technical and business processes clearly
• Experience writing user stories, API documentation, and sequence diagrams

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from multiple stakeholders
