Job summary

Insight Public Sector is seeking a Business Analyst I for our Calgary, AB office. You will develop efficient business processes and provide analysis on departmental revenue, expense, and strategic projects.

This role entails identifying process improvements and representing the services organization in cross‑functional design initiatives. We value a BS/BA in business, 5+ years in requirements definition and project/change management, and ERP experience (preferably SAP).

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in requirements definition, project management, change management and problem solving.
• 5+ years of experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a Business Analyst I, you will be responsible for the development of effective and efficient business processes. We will count on you to provide analysis and reporting on departmental/group revenue, expense, and strategic projects. Along the way, you will get to:

What we’re looking for

• BS/BA required with a concentration in a business discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in requirements definition, project management, change management and problem solving, preferably in a service business.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• CRM experience a plus.
