Job summary

Infobase Solutions, a rapidly growing IT consulting and recruitment firm, seeks a Technical Business System Analyst in a hybrid Toronto setting. You will support the project lifecycle, perform technical analysis across development and security teams, and deliver CIAM API inventory, API roadmap, and rollout governance strategy.

You will collaborate with auditors, business channels, and stakeholders to ensure clear documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience supporting applications.
• Experience with Forgerock is an asset.
• Experience delivering API inventory and API roadmap governance would be an asset.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication, from technical and business perspectives.
• Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking; ability to convey ideas clearly.
• Ability to influence decisions through design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with bank technical areas to address audits and interfaces.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle (requirements to support docs).
• Regularly convey status to team and management.
• Assist in creating materials for management reviews.

Infobase Solutions is a rapidly growing information technology consulting and recruitment firm specializing in financial industry. We are currently looking for a Technical Business System Analyst to support project lifecycle and provide technical analysis amongst development, Technical Application Analysts, Security Advisor, audit and business channels, in order to create the necessary artifacts and documents, specifically deliverance of a CIAM API inventory and API roadmap and rollout governance strategy, and supporting implementation and rollout of these changes.

About this role:

• Employment Type: contract starts with 6 months
• Work Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with bank technical areas to address Audit item: Developers, Audit and channels (technical and business)
• Participate in all aspects of a project life cycle (Requirements, Analysis, Design, Code, Test, Create documentation including design, operational and support documents
• Regularly conveying status to team and management
• Support creation of materials for various management reviews and meetings.

Requirements:

• Computer Science / Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Software Engineer/Analyst with at least 5 years of experience supporting applications
• Experience with Forgerock is an asset
• Experience delivering API inventory, API roadmap and API roadmap governance process would be an asset
• Excellent English verbal and written communication capabilities, demonstrated from both technical and business perspectives
• Excellent problem-solving skills; have vision and innovative approach to computer-based solutions and ability to convey these ideas
• Skilled in communicating design concept to influence audience for difficult decisions
• Must be able to think out-of-the-box.
