Qualifications

• Must understand networking components, PC hardware/software and operating systems.
• One year of technical support and network service experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be organized and accurately track all components incoming and outgoing.
• Open and manage trouble ticket system for all requests.
• Follow safe packing procedures and shipping methods.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
• Address and solve technical problems in a timely manner; complete work within time frames.
• Adhere to work schedule assignments and Teleperformance policies.
• Become proficient with Teleperformance tools and client policies.
