Job summary

OSL Retail Services Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Sales Manager for the Samsung Experience Store to drive customer experience and store performance.

You will lead by example, recruit and coach the team, manage merchandising, inventory, and implement loss prevention, while partnering with Samsung for a premium brand experience. The role requires 3+ years of retail management and a passion for sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
• Embody the Samsung brand in every customer interaction
• Strong interpersonal and customer skills to motivate and assign work
• Solid management, coaching, and leadership abilities

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Keen eye for merchandising, inventory management, and store design
• Drive sales and achieve operational performance; deliver customer service
• Flexible to work beyond hours including holidays, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of sales, customer service and staff development
• Create strategies to drive sales across wireless devices, tablets, wearables, home automation, TVs, accessories and services
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage employees to meet objectives
• Coach staff on sales standards and programs and use performance management
• Teach staff to uncover customer needs with questions and empathy
• Maintain merchandising standards and guide customers through the Samsung experience
• Participate in weekly store meetings and ensure adherence to policies, loss prevention and inventory protocols
• Foster an open-door environment with professionalism and integrity
