Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of sales, customer service and staff development.

• Recruits, trains, assigns, schedules and coaches staff.
• Coaches on sales standards and programs, uses performance management.
• Uncovers customer needs through questions, empathy and active listening.
• Maintains merchandising standards and store environment for best experience.
• Participates in weekly store meetings to align policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Upholds professionalism and integrity at all levels.
