Job summary

AppDirect is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Montreal-based team. You’ll support delivery of enterprise engagements, coordinate resources, and help keep initiatives on time and within budget.

You’ll work closely with a senior PM on complex projects and own end-to-end coordination for smaller initiatives, communicating clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining project plans and status updates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project coordination or management experience in tech or professional services.
• Strong IT concept familiarity and excellent written/verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project management tools. PMI cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of enterprise and platform engagements with plans, budgets, and tracking.
• Own end-to-end coordination on smaller initiatives and assist senior PM on complex projects.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Prepare materials, calendars, and status reports for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate change and risk management activities and escalate as needed.
• Support quality assurance to ensure documentation standards are followed.
