Job summary

Io4tech is seeking a proactive project coordinator to join our Montreal team. You will participate in project planning and tracking, organize follow-up meetings with clients, prepare minutes and progress reports, and collaborate with project managers to keep initiatives on schedule.

Your strengths in French communication, organization, and service mindset will help coordinate deliverables, manage risks, and support continuous improvement of our project-management tools and processes.

Who we\'re looking for

• Training in project management, administration, information technology or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (English an asset)
• Strong organizational skills, rigor and the ability to manage several priorities
• Team spirit, autonomy, proactivity and a service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with collaborative tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, Planner, etc.) — an asset
• An interest in technology and the IT consulting field
