Job summary

StrategyCorp Toronto is seeking a Communications Associate to join our growing team in Toronto. You will support the development and execution of strategic communications campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, shaping messaging and coordinating deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in communications, an undergraduate degree, and familiarity with owned/earned/shared/paid media. We offer a hybrid work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in a communications role; agency experience is preferred
• Undergraduate degree
• Experience supporting the development and execution of strategic communications plans involving owned, earned, shared, and paid media
• Experience supporting projects, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring internal and external deadlines are met
• Proven understanding of the Canadian news media landscape, including print, broadcast, and digital outlets
• Experience using shared media platforms as part of communications strategies

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic communications campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Help shape messaging, manage elements of communications programs, and contribute to strategic advice for clients
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across projects
