Lifemark Health Group in Toronto is seeking a Business Analyst to translate strategy into actionable planning and reporting across Technology & Analytics. This hybrid role requires collaborating with leaders to turn data into clear, decision-ready materials.
You will support annual planning cycles, manage timelines, and help maintain an integrated view of priorities. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a hybrid position (4 days a week in office from one of our office locations below and 1 day a week remote).

Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Execution, the Business Analyst plays a key role in helping Technology & Analytics translate strategy into action by supporting planning, reporting, Ways of Working and priority initiatives across the department.
The role operates core planning and management cycles, works across T&A leaders and teams to turn information into clear, decision-ready materials, and helps build and improve the tools and processes that support visibility, accountability and informed decision-making. This is an opportunity for a driven and curious individual who is highly organized, comfortable working through ambiguity and interested in building a career at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology.
